Hockey Beats grants eligible users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service in accordance with the Terms of Service and their applicable subscription or access entitlement.
This license is provided for lawful personal use and, where expressly authorized, organizational training use.
Users do not acquire ownership of Hockey Beats software or protected content by creating an account, purchasing Premium, or redeeming a club license.

Nothing in this Policy restricts lawful exceptions to copyright, mandatory software interoperability rights, or other uses permitted by applicable law.
6. Software and Source Code
Hockey Beats software and its original protected code are subject to applicable copyright and licensing rules.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit proprietary source code without authorization.
Reverse engineering, decompilation, or analysis is restricted only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Any third-party or open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses.
Where attribution or license notices are legally required, Hockey Beats will provide them as appropriate.

- Hockey stick handling.
- Ball-tracking interactions.
- Target-based exercises.
- Difficulty levels.
- Scoring systems.
- Player progression.
- Achievements and leaderboards.
Copyright protection applies to eligible original expressions of these features, not automatically to general gameplay ideas, sports exercises, methods, or concepts.

8. Trademarks and Branding
The Hockey Beats name, logos, and associated brand elements may be protected under applicable trademark, copyright, or unfair competition laws.
This Policy does not represent that every brand element is registered as a trademark.
Users and organizations must not use Hockey Beats branding in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or official representation.
Requests for commercial use of Hockey Beats branding should be sent to studio@drixton.com.
9. Club and Coach Use
Clubs, coaches, and other organizations may refer to Hockey Beats when accurately describing their authorized use of the Service.
A Club Premium subscription does not automatically grant rights to:
- Resell Hockey Beats software.
- Reproduce protected game assets in other products.
- Create unauthorized commercial merchandise using Hockey Beats branding.
- Present the organization as an official Hockey Beats partner.
- Distribute copies of proprietary software.
Additional promotional or licensing rights may be granted through a separate written agreement.
10. Screenshots and Gameplay Recordings
Users may capture screenshots or recordings of their own gameplay for lawful personal, educational, or non-commercial purposes, subject to applicable rights and restrictions.
Such recordings may include protected visual elements belonging to Hockey Beats or third parties.
Users must respect:
- Copyright and related rights.
- Music licensing restrictions.
- Privacy and image rights of other individuals.
- Applicable platform rules.
- Any specific restrictions communicated by Hockey Beats.
This permission does not authorize commercial redistribution of protected music or other third-party content.
For commercial broadcasts, sponsorship campaigns, or other commercial exploitation, additional permissions may be required.
11. Music and Third-Party Audio
Hockey Beats may support integration with external music services where technically available and legally authorized.
Music recordings, compositions, lyrics, album artwork, and related materials remain the property of their respective rights holders.
Hockey Beats does not claim ownership of music supplied by third-party services.
Access to a music service does not automatically grant users or Hockey Beats permission to reproduce, synchronize, distribute, broadcast, publicly perform, or otherwise exploit protected music outside the rights expressly granted.
Any music functionality is subject to applicable licensing arrangements, provider terms, and legal requirements.
12. Apple Music
Where Apple Music integration is available, users may need an eligible Apple Music subscription and compatible device or browser.
Apple Music content remains subject to Apple's terms and the rights of the relevant copyright holders.
Hockey Beats does not acquire ownership of Apple Music tracks through technical integration.
Use of Apple Music content within gameplay must remain within the permissions granted by applicable Apple agreements and relevant rights holders.
Technical availability does not by itself establish authorization for every intended use.
13. Spotify
Spotify integration may be introduced or enabled only where the intended use is authorized under applicable Spotify terms and any required agreements.
The existence of technical integration code does not mean that Spotify has approved public gaming integration.
Hockey Beats does not claim that Spotify music is currently licensed for unrestricted rhythm-game use.
Any future Spotify functionality will be subject to the necessary permissions and applicable provider requirements.
14. Music Playback and Game Synchronization
Hockey Beats may use timing information, beats per minute (BPM), or other gameplay parameters to support rhythm-based experiences.
A numerical BPM value or independently generated gameplay timing data does not, by itself, grant rights to use a protected sound recording or musical composition.
Depending on the implementation, synchronizing gameplay with protected music may require additional permissions.
Hockey Beats will determine the legal basis for music-related functionality before making the relevant feature publicly available.
15. Third-Party Content and Services
Hockey Beats may incorporate or interact with third-party services, software, libraries, or other materials.
Such materials remain subject to their applicable licenses and terms.
Examples may include:
- Authentication providers.
- Hosting infrastructure.
- Payment processing providers.
- Music services.
- Open-source software.
- Browser technologies.
References to third-party brands do not imply endorsement or partnership unless expressly stated.
16. Player Accounts and Gameplay Data
Players may generate gameplay information, including:
- Scores.
- XP.
- Levels.
- Achievements.
- Streaks.
- Game preferences.
- Account settings.
The existence of gameplay data does not transfer ownership of Hockey Beats software or game assets to the player.
Hockey Beats does not claim ownership of a player's personal identity or personal data.
Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
Where any player-created material qualifies for intellectual property protection, its ownership and permitted use are determined by applicable law and the relevant agreement.
17. Leaderboards and Statistics
Hockey Beats may display usernames, scores, rankings, and other supported gameplay statistics.
The compilation or structure of certain databases may be protected where the applicable legal requirements are met.
Individual factual scores or statistics are not automatically protected by copyright.
Users must not manipulate or unlawfully extract protected databases or interfere with the Service.
Legitimate access, data portability, and other mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
18. Feedback and Suggestions
Users may voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about Hockey Beats.
Providing feedback does not automatically transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights to DRIXTON s. r. o.
By submitting feedback, users grant Hockey Beats a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to review and use the submitted suggestions for evaluating and improving the Service, to the extent the user has the rights necessary to grant such permission.
This permission does not override applicable privacy rights or mandatory law.
Separate authorization may be required for the use of protected materials beyond the scope of ordinary feedback.

If you believe that content available through Hockey Beats infringes your copyright or related rights, please contact:
Include, where reasonably available:

- Identification of the allegedly infringing material.
- The relevant URL or location.

Please provide accurate information and avoid including unnecessary personal data.
20. Review of Intellectual Property Complaints
Hockey Beats may review credible intellectual property complaints and take appropriate action.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
- Requesting additional information.
- Temporarily restricting access to disputed material.
- Removing or replacing content.
- Contacting the relevant rights holder.
- Investigating licensing arrangements.
- Restoring content where a complaint is unfounded.
Actions will be assessed according to applicable law and the available evidence.
21. Repeat or Serious Infringement
Where a user deliberately or repeatedly infringes intellectual property rights, Hockey Beats may take proportionate measures under the Terms of Service.
Such measures may include restrictions on access or termination where legally justified.
Nothing in this Policy authorizes arbitrary removal of lawful content or overrides mandatory procedural rights.
22. No Transfer of Ownership
Except where expressly agreed in writing, nothing in this Policy transfers intellectual property ownership between Hockey Beats, users, clubs, or third-party rights holders.
Purchasing a subscription, redeeming a code, or accessing the Service provides only the applicable access rights.
23. Legal Exceptions and Mandatory Rights
Nothing in this Policy restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable:
- Copyright exceptions and limitations.
- Consumer rights.
- Software interoperability rights.
- Data protection rights.
- Statutory rights of lawful users.
- Other mandatory legal protections.
Where this Policy conflicts with mandatory law, the mandatory legal rule prevails.

- New games or features.
- Changes in licensing arrangements.
- New third-party integrations.
